Senior Information
Senior Portraits and Cap/Gown Photos
Seniors will have formal and cap/gown photos taken by BPI photography on July 24, 2025. All seniors will receive an appointment card in the mail. Please make sure you are at least 5 minutes EARLY for your appointment. We will not wait for you if you are late. There is only one make-up day, and that is August 19, 2025. All seniors who wish to be in the Yearbook, Graduation Announcements through the school, Senior Spotlight social media campaigns, etc. MUST have their photo taken with BPI. There is a sitting fee required by the company. Please be prepared to pay the fee upon arrival. You can find more information on the BPI website.
Fines and Fees
Seniors must be cleared of all fines and/or fees prior to graduation. Please check with coaches, club/activity sponsors, and the media center for any outstanding balances your student may have. This includes fees for lost or damaged Chromebooks, chargers, or cases.
Senior Dues Information
Mrs. Dunn Brown in the MCHS Front Office is in charge of Senior Dues.
All Senior dues must be paid in full no later than April 30, 2026.
We prefer cash payments. Please make any Money Orders payable to Macon County High School.

Senior Dues 2026: $180
3 Installments of $60 each is recommended on the dates below.
Payment 1: Nov 1
Payment 2: February 2
Payment 3: March 2
Late Payments:
May 1st - 5th = $190
May 8th - 12th = $200
May 15th - 19th = $210
May 22nd - May 23th = $220
Cap and Gown Information
ALL students graduating in 2026 must order a cap and gown and for graduation.
The minimum order can be made for cap and gown only and it is $40, however there are options available which include senior swag as well as a diploma plaque for your parents.
Please have your order placed by November 21, 2025 to ensure you have the items needed for the graduation ceremony.
