If they missed the Pre-order sale in September, then Seniors will be able to order yearbooks online in the spring. When the link is ready, Mrs. Barfield will post it here, and she will announce it on social media, over the intercom, and through email/Teams.

Senior Portraits and Cap/Gown Photos

Seniors will have formal and cap/gown photos taken by BPI photography on July 24, 2025. All seniors will receive an appointment card in the mail. Please make sure you are at least 5 minutes EARLY for your appointment. We will not wait for you if you are late. There is only one make-up day, and that is August 19, 2025. All seniors who wish to be in the Yearbook, Graduation Announcements through the school, Senior Spotlight social media campaigns, etc. MUST have their photo taken with BPI. There is a sitting fee required by the company. Please be prepared to pay the fee upon arrival. You can find more information on the BPI website.

Senior Quotes

All seniors will be able to add a quote under their portrait in the yearbook for free. This is not required, but if you want it, then you MUST meet the deadline.

These quotes must adhere to the school rules and must not be violent, offensive, or explicit. Quotes must adhere to the same school rules, standards, and professionalism we expect from all students each day at Macon County High School. All quotes written in a language other than English must have an accurate translation provided.

Forms (see below) are due NO LATER THAN Feb. 3, 2026.  NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXTENSIONS

Senior Ad Page (With Baby Pictures)

PAGES AND PAYMENTS DUE BY 3:00 ON MARCH 13, 2026.

Seniors may choose to purchase a whole or half page in the yearbook so parents and family can add messages of love and congratulations. These pages must adhere to the school rules and must not be violent, offensive, or explicit. Messages and photos must adhere to the same school rules, standards, and professionalism we expect from all students each day at Macon County High School. All messages written in a language other than English must have an accurate translation provided.

Whole Page: $50 cash (pay Mrs. Barfield)

Half Page: $25 cash (pay Mrs. Barfield)

All pages must be created in Canva and must not have any watermarks on the background, graphics, etc. All students may sign up for a free Canva account. Please see the page sizes and information below.

Choose the option to create a Flyer (8.5" x 11")

If you purchase a half page, please make sure that none of your text, graphics, or photos are placed below the center line of the canvas.

When you are finished with your design:

  1. Click SHARE

  2. Choose download. It is automatically sent to download as a PNG.

  3. Slide the size all the way to the right (3.125)

  4. Click DOWNLOAD

  5. Send the downloaded file to Mrs. Barfield's email address (sbarfield@macon.k12.ga.us)

  6. NOTE: Your page will not be published unless you have paid in full by the deadline. There will be NO EXTENSIONS.

  7. THE DEADLINE FOR PAGES AND PAYMENTS IS 3:00 ON MARCH 19TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
